The service
Ginseng Golf is a personal tee-time assistant. At your direction it searches golf course reservation systems, notifies you about availability, and makes or cancels reservations on your behalf using credentials you provide.
Your account and credentials
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
- By storing course credentials you authorize Ginseng Golf to act on your behalf on those courses' reservation systems, including booking and canceling tee times per the alerts and settings you configure.
- You are responsible for complying with each course's own terms and policies.
Bookings and cancellations
Reservations made through Ginseng Golf are real reservations with the course, subject to the course's rates, rules, and cancellation policies. Features that book automatically (auto-book, "look for better") act as configured by you; review your alerts carefully. You are responsible for honoring, paying for, or canceling reservations made through your account.
Messaging
By enabling SMS in Settings you consent to receive transactional text messages as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a tee time will be found, booked, or canceled, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Course reservation systems may change or block automated access at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ginseng Golf is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed tee times, duplicate reservations, or fees charged by courses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $50.
Termination & changes
We may suspend or end the service or update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
